This company is a scam. After being hounded and harassed by phones calls, constantly everyday, I took their call. The representative claimed he was from our credit card processing comp any, North American Bancard. He asked me to log into a website, MyBizPerks, so he could educate me on how to maneuver through this portal. I found it instantly fishy. He did however have information that only North American Bancard should possess. I repeatedly said "I DO NOT WANT THIS SERVICE" where he then would try to pull me back in with a "you won't be charged for this". I don't know how many times I had to tell the guy we were not interested. He also kept telling me that I would never get a charge. So, after this phone call I reached out to North American Bancard, and sure as hell, I was going to be charged. THIS IS NOT RIGHT. Luckily, the representative at NAB took excellent care of me, and had everything corrected. Watch out for these jerks. Womply blows.

โScam company! Transfirst my credit card processor had opted meโฆโ
Scam company! Transfirst my credit card processor had opted me in for this service from Womply without my consent. I called Transfirst and they said I had to call Womply to cancel. I was charged for 4 months and I told the Womply rep that I wanted to cancel and a refund because I didn't authorize this service. Rep said they could cancel but not refund me. I threatened to report them to BBB and that I was going to cancel Transfirst. The rep then said ok I can give you 1 refund and two months free trial. I said no I want all my money back. The rep put me on hold to speak to his manager and then came back on the line and said okay we can give you a full refund. The next month I was charged again. I called back and they said that I wasn't cancelled. I told them to cancel me now and that I was going to cancel Transfirst and I want a full refund. The manager came on the line and said he would make sure I was cancelled and refund me but I wouldn't get my refund until next month. This is ridiculous. When I got off the phone I called Transfirst and cancelled my account with them. Beware Womply and Transfirst are both scam companies.

I was contacted by a rep from Womply - who told me they were actually my credit card processor Transfirst. I could tell he was not to be trusted. He was very deceptive in representing who he was and what he was doing. He wanted to teach me how to log in to view all these reports I now had access to. I asked if it was really necessary to do this & was told I was paying for it anyway in my statement. To which I immediately replied "I DON'T WANT THIS SERVICE & DON'T WANT TO PAY FOR IT. PLEASE REMOVE THAT FEE FROM MY BILL." I spoke to a second rep on a different day - he said the first rep had in fact not input the "Opt-out" order per my request, but that he would take care of it for me. Well that 2nd rep also did not "Opt me Out." These reps work on commission so neither of them had the incentive to actually honor my wishes. I'm sure they were hoping I would just forget about it. A few months later I found that Transfirst had allowed Womply to deduct $29.99 fees from my account for at least two months. I feel my credit card processor should have required Opt-In documentation from Womply rather than making it an opt-out situation. I did request to opt-out twice and they failed to record that properly. It is not in Womply's financial interest to do so. I feel that Womply committed fraud because they new my expressed desires to opt-out and Transfirst allowed them access to my account without my consent.
