My overall experience was really great. With having a smaller business they helped me try and figure out the best way to market my business to try and reach out and help me gain more customers. I signed up for the complete package that included sales funnels and advertising. Not to mention, tons of education along the way that I am very thankful for. I had over 400 products in my store because I was told off self-research that it way the way to go. Finding out that going narrow and specific was actually the way to go. Unified researched the top products and educate me on why. I was impressed by this and I did not expect it since I'm not paying them for consulting. I was very happy with the marketing plan that they created. There was times where I was getting frustrated because my advertising campaign wasn't performing too well, or at least it appeared so. A good few weeks went by and I started getting sales. My biggest problem was understanding why it took so long and why it was so inconsistent in the start. Well, another part I did not know. Randomly targeting people who have interests isn't going to do the job. Instead, they had to learn based on the people that were engaging in the funnel. Long story short, most of my experience with Unified was an educational one. I didn't know so many things that came together to make a successful campaign. I have been with them for about six months and I look forward to many more years ago. My store has significantly grown because of them, their mentorship and their services. I received everything and more that I signed up for. I would recommend them to anyone who is starting a drop shipping store. There are many companies out there, but the main reason why is because there is not one company out there (from my experience) that will genuinely care about mentoring you through it. I do want to apologize because some of the time, I was combative against your advice as a newbie. Had I not listened to them and taken their advice with products, pricing, margins and everything else, I would probably have not made it. THANK YOU VERY MUCH UNIFIED!

I have been a customer for about one year. There have been so many ups and downs but all I can say is that they stuck through the entire way. For the first few months, I saw like little to no traction and I thought that everything was phony. Literally, I was blowing the company up and I am sorry for that. I wasn’t really educated about the ins and outs. I was already in pretty deep and I went all in. I took out a loan and implemented all of their suggestions and my business started growing. I was frustrated most of the time because I was getting mixed answers from Google and then them. Each were saying that the other was wrong. After running this business for a year, not only do I want to give so much credit to this company, but I also want to make sure everyone understands that 99% of the stuff you read about online is just not true. I was a victim and I fell for it. I was not compensated for this review in any way, but they did ask me to create a video sharing my experience and a written review for full transparency. They asked me this many times throughout but I did not budge until I saw that everything really worked out. Hard to trust people these days. So what I did was coast on a $300/month ads budget for about 3-5 months. Saw very minimal results, some orders were flowing in, but nothing exciting. I upped the advertising spend to $600 for a little then $800, and then $1,200 and then I just gradually kept increasing. This was the breaking point. I guess the initial few months wasn’t a waste because I needed to build things up with my customers and audiences. My business has made about 60K. There was a lot of expenses but it is profitable at this point. Support from the company is amazing. It’s not the greatest that we can’t talk on the phone, but everyone replies super quick. I would recommend this company. I did an actual video for the company too but idk when they will post it or where it will be. I’ll add the link to this review when I find out. Out of everything that I learned the most important is PATIENCE! Hope everyone has a successful outcome. Wishing everyone the best.

I am really happy with the service from this company. I would recommend them to anyone! I worked with Lindsay from the marketing team, and she was very helpful. I messaged her over 50 times and she never got annoyed (or showed it atleast). Very happy that I was assigned to someone like her to run my store. I signed up, paid the first month, and Lindsay showed me the marketing plan in about a few days. I must say that the quality of the store is REALLY GOOD. Everything is top notch, including the product photos, descriptions, website, and overall look and feel. From what I can see, lots of time and effort was put into this. What suprised me the most was the products because it's not something that is commonly sold out there. I saw sales coming in a few days after launching. Lovley dashboard always kept me updated and it was really simple and easy to use. Lindsay took everything off my shoulders. Luckily, I did not have a negative experience since this is the first company that I ran into while exploring dropshipping. Lots of these things is what i asked myself. I hope it helps you too. - how much would it cost me to hire someone to design a professional store - how would i research and find the right products - how would i find suppliers that ship quickly - how would i take professional photos becase it is expensive - how do i setup suppliers with the store - how will i manage customer service with full time job - how will i proccess orders timely - what if something breaks, who will help me? - how will i run advertising with no experience? - how will i setup email marketing and how much will it cost - how will i handle chargeback with no experience - what products will i add when i want to expand - who will handle my social media marketing - how will i optimize my website for better sales

Only downfall would be that there's no meetings or phone support but that makes up for the really affordable pricing. Had Why Unified run my store for the last three months.....and it worked out! After some trial and error in the start, we were profitable in month two. I would recommend Why Unified to anyone that is starting their own store or already has one. Everyone on the team that I interacted with was very prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable. Not only did they take over my store and do everything for me, but they also educated me along the way. It turns out that all of the things that I learned about on YouTube was a lot of miss-information. Really thankful that I ran into this company and saved so much money. By the end of month two, I was able to recoup my losses from all the months I spent doing it on my own. Few pros and cons: - My password resets sometimes when I login to the dashboard. Not a big deal, but I think it's a glitch. Not sure if it's fixed since it hasen't happened in a while. - The dashboard is awesome. I can see everything about my store in real-time. It brights together my advertising camapign, store, customer orders, and everything in one place. - The fact that you guys handle the customer service and the order processing for my store is just unbeliveable. This has taken a huge cost and time off my shoulders. Never lose this feature! - Love the fact that we get paid directly to our Stripe account and that you guys don't take any portion of our sales. So many other companies wanted a 25% revenue share. I really have nothing bad to say! I know with reviews, someone always has something to say, but your company has made my dropshipping dreams come true and opened my eyes to a whole new world of making money through my store. I'll be opening a few more stores with you and recommending a few friends.
