We have been working with Websand since 2017 and cannot praise them enough. Having worked extensively with Mailchimp and Campaign Monitor in the past, not only have I found the product that Websand offer far superior, but the personal levels of customer service have been worth the money alone. We initially moved to the Websand system in the run up to the changes in GDPR regulation and their level of knowledge helped us through what could have been a very complicated process. If I have a question, Saul and Nick are just a text message, phone call or 30 minute drive away to help me out. They have gone over and above the call of duty in terms of setting us up and providing continued support. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Websand and I'm happy to answer any questions their existing customers or prospects may have!

βI worked with Websand at Sharrow Bay Hotel 2016-2017 -β¦β
I worked with Websand at Sharrow Bay Hotel 2016-2017 - they were excellent, our newsletters through them became one of our main routes for income generation, (after the likes of Booking.com). We never fully realised their capacity for segmentation and personalisation either, so we had potential to make them even more effective. I would use them in my new role, and that's what we're working towards.

βWe moved to Websand just over 12 months ago nowβ¦β
We moved to Websand just over 12 months ago now mainly for 3 reasons - integration with other software we use, not being based in the USA and the arrival of GDPR. Using the software has been massively beneficial to our business and our reach. Using the segmentation has allowed us to have far more targeted campaigns whilst managing our data in a more user friendly manner. The nicest part is picking up the phone and speaking to a real live person rather than a communication with someone in a different time zone. If you haven't switched yet, you need to now

Saul and Nick at Websand have been brilliant. The system has quite literally saved us Β£12k in our first year and as we grow with the system, it is going to allow us to target our audiences in a more succinct and specialist manner which I know will bring greater interaction. Their customer service is second to none and when I need something, I know I can call on either of them to make it happen. Overall, I'm really impressed - thanks gents!
