Webhosting UK has been an incredible company to work with. We came across them because they were one of three companies recommended by a security expert who does penetration testing. I figured that was a good place to start getting recommendations.
The initial sales work with Ross was just how every company should handle sales: answered all of my questions, sent me all requested information, and when it took us a while to make up our mind about what company to use, he'd just check back in with us, but was never pushy. He's always been great about helping me sort out what products we need.
Then, amazingly, once we decided to go with them, their customer support has been just as excellent. All the time, every time. They have 24/7 chat support, and the patience of a saint. We have multiple servers doing multiple things. Some of which I knew how to set up, and some I had to learn as I went. If something wasn't working, they were always happy to jump on and take a look.
If we have an issue, I just jump on chat to check it out. If it needs something more than a chat can do, they request I submit a ticket. Once submitted, they are always right on the job. Like another posted stated, they are more than happy to sort out the problem, even when the problem is me.
