What is Web CEO?
WebCEO is an SaaS-based, enterprise-level SEO platform made of 24 online tools for digital agencies. It has a language wiki that is actively used by 200,000 users to keep the interface multilingual (available in English, Japanese, Turkish, Dutch, Portuguese and Brazilian Portuguese, Simplified Chinese and Traditional Chinese, Arabic, Korean, Polish, French, Hebrew, Spanish, Russian, Italian, Finnish, Danish, Hungarian, German, Greek, Romanian, Swedish, and Ukrainian). WebCEO's site auditing tools offer detailed suggestions on more than 50 influence ranking factors, including mobile friendliness and page load speed, as well as recommended changes to HTML code and Schema markup. Among other features is the Rank Tracking tool that shows local and mobile results for keywords and browsers in any language. Keyword Research tool provides suggestions, competitive intelligence, and Google Search Console integration (keywords can be entered in any language). The Backlink tracking tool identifies backlinks and helps users analyze them. The Competitor Backlink Spy shows competitor backlinks with their anchor texts. Facebook and LinkedIn Insights provide valuable data about user engagement on your social media pages. The lead generation widget enables agency websites to offer visitors free SEO audit reports which include the statistics for the organic traffic of a website's Top 5 Competitors. WebCEO has an easy-to-use interface which is understandable even for newbies. With its hints and DIY SEO Checklist I optimized a website by myself! My favorite tools are the Keyword suggestion tool, a Rank tracking tool, a Backlink checking tool and a bunch of reports on competitor metrics. It was a challenge to understand the real purpose and value of the gazillion of backlink metrics they offer. Well, in just a couple of weeks I got the real benefit of them all when removing toxic links and getting new ones. I improved my rankings so traffic to my site rose. I got more clients so I think I will expand my business.

WebCEO has the SEO tools we need most. The Rank tracking tool is accurate, fresh and full of data like Snippets and Knowledge Panel results. Backlink data in WebCEO is powered by Majestic but you don't pay extra. It shows fresh data on linking domains, link text and authority metrics, competitor backlinks and other cool data. An SEO and technical audit runs on a schedule I provide and we always receive an e-mail alert about changes. We also enjoy the advanced functionality of WebCEO: particularly the white label domain feature, the Task Manager for employees and User Roles for customers. With the Event Journal we can determine what may have been the reason for a difference in rankings over time. We've embedded their lead generation widget and started getting new qualified SEO leads on a regular basis - love it! Professional looking reports are just icing on the cake – they are impressive and our clients are always satisfied with them.

Great for teamwork What do you like about WebCEO? WebCEO lets us operate our own SEO tools on our own domain for more professional white label reporting. They give precise analytical and technical data in every report. We usually check rankings (both instant checks and scheduled checks daily/weekly/monthly are available) and get results not only for our website but for associated entities like our social media URLs and mirror sites. I can set a scheduled update for SEO and Technical Audits to save time. All in all, we enjoy the accuracy and freshness of data. What do you dislike about WebCEO? The White Label Domain can be hard to configure yourself because Google and Facebook have an approval process for each new domain software points to. But the VIP Support from WebCEO via Skype helped me with the configurations. The response time was fast, so we solved the two small hurdles quickly. Put aside half an hour to go white label properly. What have you been using it for and what problems did WebCEO help you solve? I enjoy white label opportunities. Our team is working much more effectively with the task management tool, being able to create user roles and because there is a Journal of Events that helps document what people have done that might have an effect on SEO results. These settings are extremely helpful for management and teamwork.

Easy To Use What do you like best? We regularly use the Technical Audit, On-Site Issues Checker, and Rank Tracking Tools. What do you dislike? The keyword research tools is something we've tried a few times but never seem to get good results with. The keywords themselves are never very good and the data attached to them doesn't seem very accurate. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Webceo makes it super easy for us to keep track of any issues with our websites such as broken links or missing SEO tags that would take way too much time to search for manually. IT also makes it easier for us to put together reports for our clients on their website's performance.

Web CEO is a powerful suite of tools to manage SEO for yourself or for clients. Pros: Web CEO offers a robust set of features that allow you to monitor and improve on your SEO on a regular basis. One of my favorite pieces is the progress checklist at the top of every project that lets you track best practices and what you have done and what you haven't. Cons: It can be a little overwhelming, it does a lot of things, and finding and setting all the configuration details can be time consuming. Comments (Benefits): Web CEO is a powerful tool for tracking and improving your SEO software - it has helped our company improve rankings for our own sites and those of our clients.

Great product, use it to manage over 30 digital marketing clients Pros: What I like most about this software are the reports. You set up your reports with widgets (similar to WordPress widgets) and drag them to what order and format you want. You can schedule them out to email automatically and even choose specifically what you want to include. Cons: The technical alerts aren't always accurate and this is frustrating. For instance, sometimes you will get an alert for a broken link, but when you check it is fine.

The colors are very bland and the system doesn't store Google search console data, just displays it. Recommendations to others considering the product Consider the number of users and clients. Because there are so many options, refine exactly what you want to see and do with the software and implement those features. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We were able to analyze sites with easy and pinpoint poor development techniques and fix them. I used WebCEO for over 3 years and have never been disappointed. Pros: WebCEO gave me a bird's eye view of some rather large projects and did the job well. It has helped me stay on top of crucial campaigns during the most challenging times. Whitelabelling worked well for us and the support was great too. When it comes to SEO, WebCEO cares! Cons: The ability to customize report charts and add insights alongside them was quite limiting. for me. Other minor limiting factors made me want to try out other softwares. I will be back though! Comments (Benefits): Simple and easily navigable. Suggestions that are on par with industry best practice and algorithm update monitoring.
