The dashboard just works. That sounds like faint praise, but after years of wrangling clunky booking tools, finding a platform where I can request a product shoot, specify deliverables, and track session status without clicking through five nested menus is genuinely satisfying. Every step in the order flow is labeled clearly, confirmation emails arrive fast, and the asset delivery portal is clean enough that volunteers on my team can navigate it without a tutorial. For a non-profit running on thin bandwidth, that ease matters enormously.
What keeps me renewing is how little the UI has drifted from what made it good originally. Some platforms update themselves into confusion, but Vioo has kept things intuitive while quietly adding useful filters and search functions over time. Customer service response has occasionally been a little slow on busy weeks, which is the one thing I'd flag. But the value for the quality and turnaround speed, especially given the 24-hour delivery on most sessions, is hard to argue with. I point other coordinators here regularly.
