Urbest allows to control the communication between the different actors of the building industry:
For the owner, Urbest offers the possibility to monitor the activity of his building. At any time, he can view current or past requests, on a case-by-case basis, or as a whole.
The manager can monitor the evolution of requests, assign them to the appropriate service providers or set up their automatic assignment, exchange with the service provider or the requester, know the influencers of the building, and generate summary reports on the building's activity.
Thanks to Urbest, the service provider is notified as soon as a request for intervention concerns him, he can accept or decline it (if several service providers are consulted). He receives all the information concerning the request on the mobile application and/or by email. He can request additional information if necessary, process his request and generate his intervention report through the platform.
