I have been trying to reach technical support for days, no response, phone line dead, online chat dead. My site went offline due to me exceeding my bandwidth even though I’m paying for unlimited bandwidth. This is is worst experience ever with a provider. I don’t think anyone actually works there. hello is there any one there? I’ve lost hundreds of pounds of orders and customers thanks to these guys.

“UK Secure Web Hosting suspended my companies cPanel hosting account…”
UK Secure Web Hosting suspended my companies cPanel hosting account without notice last month. I was a loyal customer in my second year which I had paid in full and not due to renew until 31st July 2019. Despite numerous support requests and a phone number that doesn’t work I had no alternative but relaunch our website from a backup with another company with considerable costs. Unfortunately a substancial amount of data has also been lost including my email accounts that I have no access to. I would advise current customers to move elsewhere and download all data ASAP.

Auto Renew isn't auto-renew. Even though I've paid a domain fee (twice) a customer domain is showing as expired. After 3 days of requesting support and a phone number that's not recognised, i've had to go to enom to try and pull the domain control away and host elsewhere. Don't know what's up. Ed has always been on the ball in the past, but it's not a good state of affairs.

My domain transfer was supposed to be complete this morning, but my website is still down. The company did not respond to any of my support tickets. I will try to telephone them tomorrow but do not have high hopes. I am tempted to cancel my contract as their services seem shambolic.
