They are so helpful, friendly and certainly go the extra mile to sort out any issues we ever have. I have been frustrated once or twice over the years but because they offer such a personal service have always stuck with them. For example, this morning my email was bot working (server issue) and Paul in Tech Support answered on first ring and devoted himself to fixing it. I very much doubt I would get the same quality of service form anyone else.
