They are so helpful, friendly and certainly go the extra mile to sort out any issues we ever have. We recently wanted to set up a mobile E Com solution to take card details through our web site and Simon sorted the whole thing, including corresponding with our web developer, so that I didn't have to get involved and get confused. Wednesday, February 19, 2020 #77642 Jonathan Great service. I have been with Total Web for longer than I care to say. I have been frustrated once or twice over the years but because they offer such a personal service have always stuck with them. For example, this morning my email was bot working (server issue) and Paul in Tech Support answered on first ring and devoted himself to fixing it.
