Review Summary
Generated using AI from real user reviews
Terremark receives a damning assessment from this user, who warns against using the service entirely. The reviewer cites critical operational failures including sending firewall configurations belonging to other clients, external DNS outages, and slow account management (an hour to unlock a Windows account). The user expresses doubt about Terremark's technical capability to deliver cloud hosting services and notes that Verizon's attempt to divest the business unit may reflect deeper problems. This single review offers no counterbalance—only stark warnings about security, reliability, and competence.

NO STARS! They are better known as "terrormark." They send us firewall configs of other clients; their external DNS goes down; it takes them an hour to unlock a Windows account. It is no wonder Verizon is trying to sell this unit. They do not have the knowledge to host cloud services. Whatever you do, do not use this company.
