Their tech support was disappointing. After following their WordPress install instructions, their app would not work. When I asked for help, they just kept telling me it wasn't their problem. PureChat worked well on our site so we may try to do the same thing with Artibot, but Structurely seemed promising. I really wish they had shown some interest in making their app work.
