StockCrowd IN is a Spanish real estate crowdfunding platform based in Barcelona, founded in 2015. It operates under Stockcrowd PFP, SL and is regulated by Spain’s Comision Nacional del Mercado de Valores (CNMV), ensuring compliance with EU crowdfunding regulations. The platform connects investors with real estate developers through peer-to-peer lending, allowing both retail and institutional investors to fund real estate debt projects with a minimum investment of €20–€50. The platform features automated investment tools and supports a secondary market for liquidity. It provides real estate developers with the technology and legal frameworks needed to secure alternative financing directly from investors. StockCrowd IN also accommodates non-Spanish investors by assisting with tax residency documentation and NIF requirements.
