The integrations piece is what won me over. Our tiny staff was already juggling spreadsheets, a registration platform, and shared drives, and SkillShark slotted in without blowing everything up. The spreadsheet upload for players alone saved my coordinator hours she genuinely didn't have. Six months in, and the data flows where it needs to go.
