Sinc is great for our hvac business I like the simple clean interface. Sinc also lets your employees adjust clock times in case there is a mistake or they forget to punch (trust me this will happen) but all employee adjustments must be approved by the administrator. I also like the way employees can leave notes for any shift at any time. (Great for expenses, perdiem etc...) the spreadsheet sheets for shift summary are also laid out great. Sinc is awesome

I love SINC. It keeps track of where my guys are and the jobs they are on. In my business that is extremely important! I love that when they get to the job they can punch in with their phones and I get alerted. The Admin tool is user friendly. It also keeps accurate punch in and punch out times. I have never had a problem, ever. You can easily add new employees. Just send a link to their phone. They click on it and they are added. This Program is great and I would never use another. Try it, you will be glad you did!

Pros - easy to navigate. Can export shifts for payroll. Ability record breaks and lunches. Can easily adjustments time punches. Alerts when employees change shift punches. Cons - Breaks and lunches are entered at clock out. Allowing lunch checkout would be more accurate record. Overall - I have and will continue to support and recommend this product.
