The thing I like most about the vStack server I rent is a feature I didn't even know before I started using the system. It is incredibly easy to change the power of the system. Normally my server uses very little resources, but when I'm developing, the resources quadruple. Within a minute I have a new configuration with an extra CPU and the double amount of ram, so I can avoid memory swapping to the disk. When ready simply turn back the dial and save some money. Another nice thing is the balance to time calculation. The one thing I don't like is that if I go back to a previous snapshot the newer snapshots are deleted. That hurts... Keep up the good work Serverspace.

The very first thing I noticed in Serverspace is the smoothness of system operation and fast support response. You can forget if you once raised a ticket to the support team and they will take care rest of your request. Also, I would like to highlight the estimated usage cost calculation part that helped me to manage resources effectively. I felt like I got the freedom to control my resources completely. If I have to say one thing to improve here, is to add the technical possibility to connect vStack and VMware cloud networks directly. It will add flexibility to make tests for some cases. Also, it would be helpful for newbie customers to have WordPress ready images like binami...etc. I would say Serverspace is one of the best service providers in the field. I tried six to seven cloud services before I settled with Serverspace. I am glad that I found it. All I need was a reliable, scalable, economical, and user-friendly server for my data crunching and web application. First, their pricing is way attractive. The bigger sites may start with some low teaser rates or even free credits, but their prices go up exponentially with more CPU and memory. Serverspace's pricing remains very reasonable. Granted they don't offer super big servers, I don't need them either. The other thing I like is that they charge significantly less when you turn off the server while other sites charge you the same. I like their simple offers; simple servers that let me build my own environments. The plethora of bells and whistles elsewhere turn me off. Their servers are generally reliable except they failed to turn on a couple of times. But they fixed it promptly and were responsive through the process. Their clean and intuitive web UI is helpful. I can configure all I need and create a server on one page. Turning off and deleting the server is just as easy. I ran into the sold-out situation for their US site. But it seems to have improved lately
