Review Summary
Generated using AI from real user reviews
Sentinel Data Centers excels at environmental monitoring but falls short on compliance visibility. The platform delivers precise, scalable tracking of data center conditionsβsomething users genuinely value for infrastructure management. However, the alerting audit trail is cumbersome; while you can see that alerts fired, accessing details on who acknowledged them and when requires navigating several layers of the interface. For compliance-focused operations, this buried history creates friction. Support acknowledged the gap and indicated a fix is planned, but nothing has shipped yet. For teams prioritizing robust environmental sensing over granular compliance workflows, Sentinel is a solid choice; for those needing tight audit controls, the current setup may require workarounds.

The one genuine frustration is the alerting notification history. You can see that an alert fired, but the audit trail showing who acknowledged it and when is buried several clicks deep. For compliance-conscious clients, that is a problem. I've raised it with their support team, who were responsive and confirmed it's on the roadmap. But that's not the same as it being fixed. Small gripe overall. The core of what Sentinel does, monitoring environmental conditions with real precision at scale, is genuinely impressive and I'd point any infrastructure manager this way.
