I don't often write reviews but I'm absolutely livid with this company. I operate a professional UK company which is regulated by a government body and registered with the ICO for data protection. After spending hours creating a professional email campaign, I was both surprised and angry when I received a message to say I'd been instantly blocked from sending my campaign. Agreed, my industry is one of those used by affiliates to spam the hell out of all of us, but what happened to "innocent until proven guilty"? All of the recipients on my list were suspended despite all addresses being fully opted in directly on our website over a 4 year period. The only reason I decided to try SendPulse is because they offer more than just email marketing. We currently use Mailchimp and have used AWeber in the past. There as never been any issue with either and there is no other evidence to suggest that we're spammers anywhere else. There is absolutely no justification for this approach.
