“great layouts and very easy to use it's very easy…”
great layouts and very easy to use it's very easy to use and have the great overview and detail for us to manage the project. I like the colors and the way to present the data, it makes my life easier for the overall control and report. the tool is missing some "guides" and "suggestions". If it's possible, I would like to have the function which can analyze my project status and give me the questions or results to dig into the content behind the numbers and bars.

It presents facts such as "yes, the devs are indeed very busy" in a management friendly manner Pros - It's quick and simple to set up and presents the info in a very digestible manner - Management likes being able to get a quick peek at what devs are doing - Devs like that what they do is represented somewhere - It incentivizes devs to keep their jira tasks up to date Cons- I'd prefer more customization options (more status options on the team status page) - Some of the metrics are iffy, but that is due to jira set up (ie. the metrics are only as good as the data it can pull from jira, which does not always tell a true story) Comments (Benefits) It has eased my reporting duties, I can point executives to it so they can get a quick overview of whats happening in development

Great dashboards for Trello! Pros - Very easy to setup , it allows to visualize the sprint burndown chart, and manage better the activities in Trello. If you create custom fields in Trello, these are automatically used in the dashboards. Great value for money! Cons - The dashboards are quite rich, but you cannot customize them too much. You have to configure the dashboard before starting your sprint, otherwise the burndown will not be complete

A must have app if you have a product deadline. Most dashboards need a lot of input from your side and then would show charts which are useless and ugly to look at. With Screenful 99% of evreything is automated, you get a clear vision of when your product will get completed, if you need to hurry up, it has a list where you can see which users are on which task, an extremely useful Sprint board where you can check if your sprints are on time. They have a nice UI and a well thought out UX as well, I have never used a dashboard and got satisfied until I used Screenful. With a Trello dashboard you know you are going somewhere, add screenful to that and you will know where you are going, when you will reach there and in what condition.
