ScaleMatrix came through with an excellent price and their facilities are second to none. They are also the only colocation facility in San Diego that offers shared cabinet space and does not require you to purchase a 1/3 or 1/2 cabinet. The team handled my questions and concerns with professionalism and did everything they could to ensure that I was able to make an educated decision about where to collocate my servers. Kudos to ScaleMatrix!

They refused to honor their own price agreement. I signed their 25 page contract and they replied with a statement of "we need an additional $100 per month to do what we promised you in our agreement". They even referred me to someone else and that's where I'm headed. I also opened a complaint with the BBB.
