Sherm Safety Management Software is a robust safety, health and employee risk management solution designed on the criteria contained within the International Standards. Our trusted cloud platform has been designed specifically to support small and medium size business manage risk and compliance and is certainly suitable for large organisations world wide. Sherm is a unique integrated solution that provides organisations with the tools and resources for developing, implementing and reviewing management systems, training records and legal requirements. The concept for Sherm Software is to provide an online cost effective product that was easy to use, accessible and scalable for organisational growth and ensure development opportunities and future improvements to meet our customers needs. Sherm Software is easily configured, built with simplicity in mind for users, has extensive functionality for reporting, notification, tracking and alerting. This safety management software is scalable to support new functionality, provides for flexibility in user management and additional users can be activated as required. Furthermore, Sherm Software supports multi-site management to assist with one system for many work site locations and transient workers and includes a free Mobile App. Sherm was chosen as the name for the software and the company. Sherm is for ‘safety, health, employee risk management’. An unembellished response to what the software was being designed to achieve. The goal was motivated through the aspiration to create a comprehensive OHS Software Management system that would allow organisations to take control of their risk and compliance requirements and streamline efficiencies through the use of Sherm. Organisations are supported with software that comes with service through the utilisation of our technical expertise, online support, live and recorded training. We are an Indoor Sports Centre that also has an Inflatable World franchise, which we operate on weekends and school holidays. We were introduced to Sherm through Inflatable World head office. We have found Sherm to be very useful for our business. It has not only clarified our WHS obligations with regard to Inflatable World, but it has also improved the WHS aspects of our sports business through association. It is a one stop repository for all WHS data, from staff qualifications to injuries/complaints. Most importantly, we have found the support of Sherm excellent. There is always prompt attention to requests/questions - very rarely would a response take longer than a day - and we are dealing directly with people in Australia! We certainly recommend Sherm to any business that requires its services.

“We have been using Sherm for around 5 years now.…”
We have been using Sherm for around 5 years now. We use both the desk top version and the app. Prior to this we were trying to manage our safety system with many different spreadsheets, etc and nothing was linked. Implementing Sherm not only got rid all the spreadsheets, and greatly reduced the effort required to manage. We not only use it for the core safety management but also for document management, licences, qualifications, etc. Sherm is very easy use. The team at Safety For Life are great to work with and very responsive. Happy to recommend Sherm to all.
