I've just received an email from redIT Web Hosting reminding me that the plan I signed up to is at the end of it's 30 day refund policy today, and if I want to cancel, today is the day to do it. What company ever takes the time to do this? In my opinion most of them hope that you're forget to cancel (if not happy) - this is the first time ever I've had an email reminder to cancel a service within the trial period. The Customer Service received so far from redIT has been second to none - and I won't be cancelling anytime soon - as I'm extremely happy with everything in the short amount of time I've had dealings with them.
