Review Summary
Generated using AI from real user reviews
Recobo's responsive support team and effective document search functionality make it a solid choice for small operations managing compliance workflows. Users praise fast, knowledgeable support that typically responds same-day, which matters when a business lacks dedicated IT staff. The search feature does what it promises—pulling compliance and safety details from scattered sources into one place—saving time on document management. The main weakness is the onboarding experience, which lacks structure and requires heavier reliance on support in early weeks than ideal. That said, the availability of the support team softens this friction.

“Six months into Recobo and the thing that keeps standing…”
Six months into Recobo and the thing that keeps standing out is how available their support team actually is. Small team here, no dedicated IT, so when something doesn't behave I need a real answer fast. They've delivered every time. Specific, knowledgeable responses, usually same day.
The search itself is genuinely useful for pulling together compliance and safety details that used to live across a dozen documents. The one frustration: onboarding could use a little more structure up front. I had to lean on support more than I should have in the first few weeks. But at least they were there.
