There have been a very few downtime periods but they were handled quickly and efficiently. Speed is good, and the price isn't bad at all. Especially considering I never have to worry about unplanned server upgrades & PHP changes affecting my clients' websites. For the money it is a great service. It is not for anyone being serious about their hosting, especially if it should be used for business or for large number of visitors.
