The problem we are solving: Big Tech companies like AT&T and Verizon have complicated websites to not only help the customer purchase products and services on their own, but to also manage their accounts after the sale. They spend millions of dollars on the technology, because it saves them millions more in labor and allows them to sell at scale. The customer experience is also vastly improved, because the customer gets immediate service to their account, without having to reach an actual person on the other end. Small serviced-based businesses (Heating and Cooling, Website Designers, Gyms & Fitness, Plumbers, etc) simply dont have the resources to take advantage of technology in the same way. Solution: QOLOS is a SaaS platform to sell products and services through the company website, but also allow the customer access to their subscriptions and data, just like their customers would at Verizon or AT&T. Our tag line is: Do Less, Sell More. Because our product allows the customer (our customers customer) to manage their own accounts, we give our customers the ability to scale their business, by managing more accounts with less resources. We are the Shopify of service-based businesses. Service-based business act and function very differently than online retail. Therefore there is a gap in solutions for service-based industries from an online sales standpoint. Companies also are still using desktop software rather than a SaaS platform to operate their businesses. QOLOS solves that, making data accessible, to both the companies we serve and their customers.
