Never knew that hosting provider could be so reliable. After years of searching I have found my only choice - Planethoster.net. First of all I have been attracted by their ssd litespeed hosting plans. All the features included to plan are useful and working fine. After contacting sales department I have received quick response and answer to all questions I have been interested in. For today I can make conclusion they keep their promises. I am receiving good stability and best performance I have ever seen. All my pages are loading fast, DB is connecting instantly and website is available all round the clock. I think that litespeed is one of the reasons of that high performance, but main reason is high skilled technical staff of course. Initially I had lots of issues with installing,configuring and tweaking my account so techies were really helpful. Thanks for your job, Planethoster, you are doing it perfectly.

I'd like to review my current webhosting provider. Can say Planethoster is top host. Now a few statements on that. First of all support staff is highly available and knowledgeable people. They've helped me from the very beginning with sales, account setup, websites deployment and further issues. And every time I contact them I am receiving fast replies and full detailed solution. Also their servers are solid. Never got slow performance or service errors. Network is premium. I travel a lot and connect to my control panel from different countries, but always it is really fast without any delays. I'm not a writer and prefer to be laconic, so in summary my suggestion to every webmaster who needs high level hosting service: try Planethoster and you'll never regret.

I know that it isn't easy to move from web host to web host, but that wasn't a problem for me with moving all my email archives with the help from PlanetHoster. They helped me with the transfer from the old hosting company site and did not charge me for that. I have seen some other companies do charge for that but in case with them I did not pay a penny. And that was something what made me quite happy! I have a simple web site hosted and several mailboxes so I'm not a kind of troubleshooting client. But I do know and I am sure that they care for me and my hosted stuff. My web site and mail boxes have been working fine with no bugs or problems. What I need to do to keep that going is just pay all of their invoices in time. But I have a feeling that their prices are not the ones which are cheap. But I'm okay with that. I have no downtime even scheduled (I know that happens time to time with any company). Nice web host and nice stuff working for me there! Hope they will keep doing everything good for me.

I have been with PlanetHoster for more then one month now. These guys are professionals and very polite people. I moved to them from another web hosting company and asked for their help. They did not ask for any additional fee and helped me. I must add that they replied to me really fast - within 10 minutes before my signing up with them and after that. So nothing changed once I became their client. They have a common control panel for their web hosting account and I have managed to setup my emails. Easy and simple and the one more important fact is: they are always to hand. It seems that I have a strong feeling now that once I need assistance I will contact them and they will reply to me within minutes. Their prices are not high. They are within $10 per month and that is what I had been looking for. For such quality they provide I have to say that the price is fair. I pay in time and they are doing their best (I hope) for me. About updates: looks like they are looking after their servers and installed software there. I'm getting notifications quite often regarding their upgrades and updates and that always means for me that they care about me and my stuff hosted. They do not forget about me (and other clients also hosted on the server) after signing up (like on big hosts). They seem to have some new servers in France now. My site has not had any downtime. None of my emails have been lost. I'm having a really good experience with this web host. Money paid. I'm getting a good service and I believe it's worth it. I'm a happy person right now. I do recommend PlanetHoster.net!

Due to everyone's very positive remarks/comments about PlanetHoster.net Web Hosting I've decided to use them. Their plans have attracted me with fair prices and all needed features and specs perfectly suitable for my needs. At first sight it was the best option for me. Now I'd like to share my impressions with PlanetHoster. I sent a support ticket and I had my first reply in 6 minutes! The support staff at PlanetHoster have been very responsive, helpful and wise. My account was instantly activated, for me it was the first experience of instant activation and I liked it! As for me the support level is really important for the host to be reliable and PlanetHoster seems to be it. As for stability or performance everything is perfect, the site is running great! Maybe that is because of Litespeed enterprise which is truly faster than Apache. Or simply PlanetHoster are keeping their servers up and always updated to prevent any bugs and performance issues. I've noticed backup is provided every day and this feature keeps me calm, I know that my info is safe. So, overall I can say that PlanetHoster.net services fit my demands and providing everything they've offered on website, I am glad i'm using Planethoster.
