Pacwebhosting offer Excellent service and products. We have tried several other companies including large well know ones such as webfusion and 123-reg. They have all been very bad, very impersonal, poor knowledge base and lengthy queues to speak to customer support. Add to this a poor accounts system and we choose to avoid them in favour of Pacwebhosting.
Pacwebhosting are excellent. Easy product to use, technical support is 2nd to none. I have always had a one to one email response within 1 hour of a query, no matter what day or time. They are extremely helpful and keep me informed of progress and of any work they need to carry out. I have not experienced any down time or technical issues with their service. I am a repeat customer and will continue to be so while they offer the high level of bespoke service that I have experienced over the years. Thank you Pacwebhosting. I hope you never change.

On the occasions I've had recourse to speak to Paul - I've always found him extremely helpful - hence the rating for customer service.
A couple of points. You're proactive only in as much as I'll get emails re products - would much prefer to speak to a real person.
I'm not educated about the areas I've rated 3 stars. Your definitely not bad otherwise I wouldn't be with you. But I run a consulting business that takes all my time focused on my customers. I don't really stop to think about VFM comparisons, product quality, satisfaction. It works so I'm OK. Could I be delighted - possibly - but I don't have any bench mark and in the absence of a real person, educating and helping me spend more money on value added services with you - I remain OK.

“The customer service was outstanding when I bought my website…”
The customer service was outstanding when I bought my website off Pac Webhosting. However, I found that the templates were old fashioned and clunky, and when I realised that I could have a website with someone else which came with gigabites of space instead of megabites with Pac Webhosting, I finally decided to part company with PAC, which is why I only rate it with 2 or 3 stars in terms of product quality. Life has been so busy that I haven't had time to get my website up and running. I would love to return to PAC, but for the price I want it doesn't offered enough web space or traffic space. And it doesn't provide templates with a modern feel.
