Ouch Dental

Ouch is a dental technology company which allows dentists and their patients to better communicate. Our technology consists of an AI chatbot, a mobile app and a fully featured management dashboard. We help patients report their symptoms, discuss aesthetic concerns and answer their questions about their oral health. We help dentists triage patients, streamline admin tasks and attract and engage with new patients.

It is our belief that most of the negative issues encountered in dental practice are due to poor communication between practices and their patients. That is not to say dentists are poor communicators but the sheer volume of workload generated (particularly by practices with NHS contracts) and the existing software solutions make staying on top of things extremely challenging.

The last 3 years have only increased difficulties as dentists have struggled to manage existing patients while continuing to attract the new patients required to keep practices profitable. This coupled with the much increased costs of running a dental practice mean that being efficient and keeping patients happy are paramount.

Ouch has been built to tackle all these issues.
