“Have used this platform for over a year. They either…”
Have used this platform for over a year. They either do maintenance and don’t tell you or their system just collapses….when this happens there is zero access to your patients and their information and Osmind lacks a back up plan when this happens. Debating on moving…..a lot to transcribe to another platform but this overall impacts patient care when you don’t have access to what your treatment plan has been.
