Fantastic technical and customer support provided to support adoption and exploitation. 1. Quality outcomes - application was successfully modernised and the test suite was an important asset for ongoing maintainability 2. Risk reduction - without the support and capability provided, we would not have been successful overall 3. Ease of use - comprehensive product 4. User interface can look busy if you don't need to use all the features/options.
