The Open HRMS Support and Customer Service is intelligently crafted that the end user gets the full benefit of the plan and they pay only for the service they asked for. Open HRMS provide remote support via text, telephone or screen sharing within the agreed response times. The Support Mediums include Email, Telephone, Skype, Teamviewer, ZOOM, Any Desk or Hangout.
The Open HRMS support and customer service will be between the hours of 8:30 am to 5:30 pm Indian Standard Time (IST) Monday to Friday excluding all public holidays. The maximum time considered for one support incident is 3 hours. The every exceeding seconds and minute after completion of 3 hours will be considered as the next incident. Open HRMS support and customer service only start after the successful payment from the customer end. Support packages include: 3 months with 15 incidents worth 999 USD. 6 months with 33 incidents worth 1999 USD. 12 months WITH 75 incidents worth 3999 USD.
