Friday, April 27, 2018 #59369 Piers Chipperfield I've dealt with many hosting companies, either directly for my own service, or via my clients, and Nimbus are in a different league. From the initial setup of a new server, to support, they have made me feel like a valued customer (yes, I know, cliche, but it was the best description I could think of). It's a very personal service. The migration of websites they initially did for me were effortless, and on the few occasions I've asked for support, or just a question, they have been quick to respond and it's never taken more than one attempt to get done/fixed what I needed. Luke in particular has been outstanding, providing us with fantastic support and knowledge! I do not ever see us moving away from Nimbus if this level of service continues! We've now moved all our agency clients over to Nimbus' new Storm service and we couldn't be happier. I have worked with many hosting providers and never had that great level of communication and expertise as Nimbus (and Luke/Tim) provided.
