Thursday, October 11, 2012 #3359 Yasar Khan from Incisive Accounting We approached Netwise back in early 2011 for a dedicated server that would allow us to take our accountancy applications online. Its been over a year since the server went live for us, so I thought it was about time I gave a review for them. After a quick consultation with one of the managers over at their Sutton data centre, we had a server online within an hour. The service has not faltered to date, and is relied upon day in, day out for the smooth running of our business. We can now take on new customers that live far outside the usual catchment area of an accountancy firm, as we can now take customers onto the cloud and work remotely. The personal account managers are a great personal touch, and really help maintain a good line of communication. I would like to give at least one indication for the readers of this site regarding negative points, but to be honest there really haven't been any. It has been online without issue since ordering, and I have been very well looked after - I even get regular invites to their networking and social events! If your looking for reliable UK hosting at a data centre you can really trust, you can't really go wrong with the guys at Netwise. Did you find this review helpful?
Thursday, January 12, 2012 #815 Donald Treverson from FTS Compliance Hello all - upon activities over the last few days, I thought I would take the time to write a quick review on Netwise. To cut a very long story short, I have a high-end dedicated server packaged with them which has been operating well since I first started with them just over a year ago now. The server has performed very well and generally have had no complaints, slight down-time when they moved to their own DC a couple of months back but I was well informed about this and I only had ~20 minutes offline. Anyway, the point on my review is about their service and support. I deleted by accident 60% of my video files that I host for a religious organisation here in the UK and I have been on the phone and live-chat to their chief technician and he has recovered the data for us. I opted out of a backup solution at signup but despite this they have done a sterling job and really am greatful of the many hours they have comited to helping me out.
