NetShop response time is preatty much fast. Also the responses are always accurate, without double meanings, and with a personal rather than a canned answer that leads to more questions. The only downside I see is the price for the smaller hosting accounts, it could be cheaper. Other then that the service is dependable, and the customer relationship is responsible, eager to participate in resolving the problem, and prompt.
