What is MultaCOM?

MULTACOM is committed to providing the highest level of support and quality services which include: Colocation Dedicated Servers Private and Hybrid Clouds Bandwidth and IP Services Virtual Private Networks Managed Services In 1997, a select group of senior system engineers and senior network engineers based in Orange County, California were motivated by the belief that IT service providers should deliver the highest possible quality service by knowledgeable staff at the most cost-effective price possible. This idea that there must be a better way to deliver IT services blossomed into MULTACOM Corporation with its corporate office and data centers in Los Angeles. Today, MULTACOM continues that legacy of employing the most qualified personnel in their filed and deploying the highest quality equipment. Every shift is led by crew members that have extensive experience and certification or degrees in related fields. Every member of MULTACOM technical team has a related degree(s) or is a certified system/network engineer and/or possesses equivalent experience and undergoes extensive training. The three primary MULTACOM data centers located in downtown Los Angeles allow for maximum scalability as the facility allows us to connect easily to virtually any backbone provider and scale our internet connectivity to meet clients’ needs. Additionally, the network is directly connected via diverse path fiber-optic lines to many of the other carrier buildings in downtown LA which host our network equipment. MULTACOM data centers are examined regularly to validate stringent compliance standards for data center operation, security and availability including SOC reports which are available for review by potential and current clients. Our HVAC / dry-cooling equipment is inspected monthly and semi-annually for UPS systems to ensure that we consistently deliver a 100% uptime SLA and provide the most robust data center infrastructure. In addition to services provided at its own facilities, MULTACOM also provides managed services to other providers. MULTACOM is currently under contract and provides network management for several small to mid-size service providers in the United States.
