We help chefs and communal food service providers, restaurants and other food-service companies to be more profitable and reduce food waste. Our mission is to empower chefs and owners of food-service companies with the help of AI to reduce food waste, food cost and increase revenues. How do we achieve this? Our web-based software, Mitakus, is a planning tool for chefs in the kitchen that integrates with existing systems, like cash-registers and ERP-software. Based on historical sales data and external factors, like weather, we provide crucial insights and forecasts for daily food servings.
