Review Summary
Generated using AI from real user reviews
Miro wins strong praise for real-time collaboration, an intuitive interface, and a flexible infinite canvas that users find easy to navigate and expand.
Users consistently highlight the value of pre-built templates and seamless integrationsβparticularly with Jira for project management workflows. The platform handles flowcharts, visual design, and team coordination well, and customer support earns mentions as responsive. However, pricing concerns surface across multiple reviews, with several noting the tool feels expensive for freelancers and smaller teams. One user flagged that templates, while helpful, can sometimes be limited or tricky to customize.
Minor friction points appear around the interface: mode-switching between navigation and drag-and-drop feels clunky to one user, and search functionality across multiple spaces needs improvement. Device input handling (trackpad to mouse switching) isn't always smooth. These are usability quirks rather than deal-breakers, and they don't dominate the feedback. Overall, users see Miro as a strong collaborative platform with real strengths in design and workflow, held back mainly by cost and small navigation rough edges.

I love that Miro is an incredibly versatile tool that can be used for various marketing projects. It provides powerful collaboration tools, enabling teams to work together in real time. The intuitive user interface makes it easy to create visually appealing presentations and designs quickly and efficiently. It also offers comprehensive integration with other popular marketing software, allowing streamlined workflows. What do you dislike? One thing I don't like aobut Miro is that its pricing structure can be a bit confusing and costly. Additionally, there are some features that I feel could be improved, such as the ability to customize templates, and the integration with popular marketing software could be more robust.

What do you like best? The premise of Miro (for me) is an infinite whiteboard, and that is definitely one of the best things about it. You don't have to worry about space and can build and build as you continue to work. It's easy to tidy up later and copy/paste things around or between boards as you need. It's got loads of great templates and is a joy to work with - it's super simple and intuitive. Oh and the seamless collaboration that is fully online is AMAZING. It's so useful. What do you dislike? Sometimes the templates are bit limited and can be difficult to work with The auto-switch between trackpad and mouse isn't always very smooth Searching for a board when you're a member of multiple spaces is a bit rubbish - you need to search in the right place Not having a full enterprise licence is annoying...
