Excellent response time, competitive pricing, a pleasant interface, and helpful staff. The training and onboarding provided by the support staff are top-notch. It takes little time to prepare and relocate a candidate database. Superb user experience and a range of useful features for managing all aspects of the recruitment process. Very clear and comprehensive plan, with affordable rates and no hidden fees. In contrast, with some alternative ATSs, hidden resume parsing costs kick in once a certain number of resumes have been sent. The time saved on mundane tasks like copying and pasting, database management, etc. has allowed us to recruit more staff. We're quite pleased with the product.
