We were followed by a project manager throughout the entire implementation phase of the software, from loading the property registry to customizing the reporting form. I think this is the real trump card. We really liked the goal-oriented approach that we established together during the start-up phase and the ability to configure the entire installation to suit our every need. Positive aspects: We needed a malleable tool that could adapt to our needs. After trying other software, mainsim turned out to be the tool we were looking for and had not found before. Negative aspects: I do not have any negative elements to report.
