Rolling this out across multiple client engagements simultaneously has been the real stress test. As an agency deploying Lean-Agile 24 on behalf of clients, I need something that scales without constant hand-holding from the vendor's side. Less than three months in, the verdict is genuinely split. The eight-week structured engagement model gives clients a clear narrative, which they appreciate, and the value stream focus is concrete enough that stakeholders actually engage instead of glazing over. That part works.
The friction shows up when I try to run parallel tracks for different clients at the same time. Keeping distinct coaching threads, separate documentation, and individualized progress visibility across a growing roster is messier than it should be. Customer service is responsive when I reach out, but the answers sometimes feel templated, not tailored. For a boutique agency billing hours against this tool, the price-to-flexibility ratio is worth scrutinizing before you commit.
