I've been using JotForm for about a year. I must admit that it is the best that I've found. The other form building tools are a less user friendly. If your like me and not a true programmer but good enough to figure it out, this is a great tool. The money I save using JotForm is size-able considering I can build my own forms when I want and for free is a real plus. Before I had to have a programmer design and code a form that might work and it costs more than a year subscription on JotForm. Just try it!
