Having worked in the recruitment sector for over 18 years – I have used a number of recruitment CRM platforms. itris 9 has worked the best for me and the team. It’s easy, visual and you also have fantastic support from the itris team in the background, should you need it. From a training perspective, it only takes a couple of days to understand how to use the system properly. When we migrating over to itris, we were assigned a Project Manager who made sure that it was painless. I would highly recommend this system.

Itris 9 is the third CRM we have used in six months after 2 false starts elsewhere - but finally, we're there. It's intuitive and easy to navigate, very handy all being on one page with no need to scroll. The drag and drop feature makes life so much easier, especially when populating from a website or LinkedIn; also really useful for uploading documents without having to save elsewhere first. Definitely happy to recommend.
