They provide us with internet lines. Support is useless, "proactive" tickets are opened and closed as they wish with no resolution or explanation. When you ask about something specific you will never get the answer, just generic reply from 1st line. If there is an issue with the line they resell (yes, they resell from many others) the case will drag for months even when escalated. Escalation doesn't really exist there - you get no result even if you go to directors. Very frustrating. We will be leaving them soon.

I can relate to the above. My service is with Easynet, but support is now with Interoute. I have asked for QOS to be put on my line. after going round in circles for the last month, they have closed my call and said to contact sales. which I did originally to fill in the relevant paperwork. support is completely useless, they even said they did't have access to my router and what should they do. considering this is a managed service, it's very worrying.

Avoid this company like the plague. Its the worst isp ive ever dealt with. You only need to call the support number on the website to see how useless they are, it simply says the voicemail is full. They messed up our connection and wasted 2 months, now theyre well outside their sla's. They appear to have left an nte connection which does not even interface into our equipment. No one is available at interoute to discuss the problems, no one knows whats going on and the tech support line doesn't work.
