CUSTOMER SERVICE A++++! I'm not new to childcare managment programs, and many new apps/platforms are VERY difficult to get help when you need it. I asked a question at a very late hour (my best working time), and was immediately answered by a REAL person. They have an after-hours support team that can help whenever you need it! And, the program is really helping us keep track of our leads. I'm pretty impressed!

IntelliKid Systems is hands down the best CRM for Childcare industry. The system is very robust and so much easier to use than any other leading CRM systems designed specifically for the Childcare industry. My management team loves it because it is very easy to navigate. I love that the calls can be recorded for training purposes. We have definitely been turning leads into enrollments with IntelliKid Systems! Customer service is amazing as well!
