Switching from our previous induction platform was the right call. The old tool handled basic compliance tracking, but scaling it across a large enterprise rollout was painful. Content updates required too much IT involvement, reporting was clunky, and contractors constantly complained about the onboarding experience. Initiafy fixed most of that. The course builder is genuinely intuitive, our safety inductions now go live in a fraction of the time, and the contractor portal is clean enough that support requests from new workers have dropped noticeably. Six months in, I have no regrets about the change.
What impresses me most is how well it handles multiple sites and user groups at scale. Assigning different induction tracks to different contractor types, setting expiry reminders, pulling compliance reports without a spreadsheet detour, these are things the previous system made difficult. Initiafy just does them. Customer support has also been responsive when we've had edge cases come up during configuration. If you're running a large operation and still piecing together compliance records by hand, this platform is worth a serious look.
