No problems so far. They have easy-to-use control panel, great features and easy as heck to setup. Speed is good, and the price isn't bad at all. Especially considering I never have to worry about unplanned server upgrades & PHP changes affecting my clients' websites. I can upgrade that stuff manually whenever I'm ready without worrying about it breaking the scripts and software on their sites. All in all, a very good experience with Host-ed.net. I like Host-ed.net as my web host. There have been a very few downtime periods but they were handled quickly and efficiently. I am not sure if they still do this, but when I started they only employed skillful support techs. It is really nice to be able to submit a support request and have someone receive it that can actually analyze the issue and correct it, vs. someone reading off of a scripted tree so to speak. They've handled every ticket quickly, and with the responses you'd want from the very start. You will not go wrong if you choose Host-ed hosting!

Never had a problem with Host-ed, except a server glitch, which they took care of within 40 minutes of my notifying them. Great prices and package deals, too. If you have a one or two sites you may well have many years of happy service with Host-ed.net, but if your site is for business look elsewhere.

If they have enough votes for a certain product they will consider adding it. I haven't had to use customer service very often but I always get a reply. It used to be slower but now I receive replies sometimes within minutes.

Host-ed.net has been great; I started with them in June 2011. When I came up for renewal in November 2013, their support team have helped to do it. As others have mentioned, they regularly increase disk space without increasing charges. In fact, they have decreased costs for a number of features in the time I've been with them; my sense is that they work hard to stay competitive with other hosting services. I would not hesitate to recommend Host-ed hosting!
