What is H-FARM?
H-FARM is an Italian innovation hub and entrepreneurial ecosystem founded in 2005 by Riccardo Donadon and Maurizio Rossi, located near Venice. It integrates venture incubation, business consulting, and digital education within a 51-hectare campus. H-FARM is recognized as the world’s first venture incubator to combine these services and has become a leading European innovation center, employing over 600 staff across five locations. The company invests in and supports startups, having allocated €27.3 million to develop more than 120 innovative companies. It collaborates with over 200 international brands to drive digital transformation and offers a range of educational programs from kindergarten to university, focusing on digital literacy and entrepreneurship. H-FARM also provides networking opportunities with global universities and technical partners, enhancing real-world experiences for students and startups. The campus features co-working spaces, labs, and event venues, fostering creativity and collaboration.
