As a current student completing my Diploma of Project Management at CQUniversity, I’ve been using GanttPRO extensively—most recently to plan a comprehensive Gantt chart for the "Happily Ever After" Wedding Project for Shrek and Fiona (yes, really!). I found the platform incredibly intuitive and quick to learn, even as a first-time user. The drag-and-drop interface, clean visual layout, and ability to modify timelines and dependencies effortlessly made the entire planning process feel smooth and stress-free. What really stood out to me was how visually appealing and easy to read the charts are—perfect for presentations and assessments. GanttPRO also offers features like task dependencies, milestones, and team collaboration, which are incredibly helpful even for fictional or solo projects. In addition, having graphical representation at the end of every progress taskbar made it very easy to visually identify the project officer responsible for the task.
