Reports and Analytics - Create custom reports based on the data gathered from your company in the platform. Get an overview of things such as gender diversity, salary diversity and talent retainment.
Holidays and Absences - Manage your staffs holidays and absences directly through the platform. Employees can request vacation or absences and see how many days they have left to take. All confirmed holidays and absences are saved in the team calendar so that all their colleagues and management can see who is out of the office at any time.
Employee portal - A customized portal with individual log in for each employee, from which they can request holidays, see how many holidays they have left, view and download their document and recieve news about the company.
Organizational chart - The company organizational chart will be created automatically when employees are added to the system, and updated if one is removed. From here, managers and admins can go directly to their employees profile or view the chart as a whole to see the structure of the company.
Time Tracking - Allowing employees to track their worked hours to ensure they receive correct pay. All timesheets will be sent to the managers at the end of the month for approval and can be downloaded as excel files and sent to your payroll system.
