Customer service has been really mixed with them letting us down at critical points. Their hosting has been fine for the majority however when we have come to upgrade our services or amend services e.g. new server, moving server, closing old hosting packages down, this has been where the customer support has let us down. Issues such as forgetting to move across domain name registrations, moving account info, not setting up name servers, security holes (and blaming us) have really taken away that seamless transfer (especially when it's all with the same hosting company eukhost!). On the other hand it's hardly the most expensive hosting service and with anything, you get what you pay for. Don't be put off by my review but instead don't rely on their customer support, double check, triple check everything the customer support are doing for you. There's some great customer service representatives their but some really rubbish ones too.
